Routine referrals are made easy with our fax-back system, so that we can see patients quickly and efficiently for you.
You can download the referral/advice request form and directions below or telephone us to request a copy on 01565 654131.
Once a referral request is received, we will contact your client directly to arrange an appointment.

Following referral:
All clients benefit from a discharge appointment with a vet and will receive written discharge instructions which explain work carried out,
our diagnosis, what medication to give and when and whether to revisit the referring veterinary surgeon or ourselves for follow up.
We will provide you with a full report within two working days of your patient leaving our clinic.
We aim to respond to all advice requests within 24 hours.
